Acknowledgement and Acceptance
The provision of these Services is conditional upon your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions and notices (“Terms”) contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to all Terms, please do not use our Services.
You acknowledge and agree that Avante Security may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version of this Agreement on avantesecurity.com, by notifying you directly in Avante Security’s sole discretion, including without limitation, by email or mail. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are made to this Agreement shall constitute your consent to such changes. You are solely responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Terms of the Agreement.
The promotional offer is only applicable to new client activations. For a limited time, as determined by Avante Security, new “Executive Clients” that subscribe to monthly fees associated with an annual “Executive Response Package” will receive 1-year of free monitoring once activated. This offer does not include equipment and/or labour costs (if required). This offer cannot be combined with other specials or promotions and can only be applied to a client’s account once.
What happens if you terminate services early?
If a client chooses to terminate their Executive Services earlier than the completion of a 1-year term, the client is still responsible for the first year’s Executive Services. The client has the right to transfer services provided it is within the Avante Security Response area.
Use and Restriction
Use of the Services is permitted only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Services cannot be transferred to a new homeowner without a new agreement and documentation by Avante Security.
With the purchase of an alarm system, in-home technical services include installation, set-up and troubleshooting.
Avante Security, through its employees or agents, will provide the Services. The Services will be performed at the location indicated on your original invoice.
The following are not included in the Services of this Agreement:
- Physical maintenance, repair or replacement of any product,
- Replacement cost of lost or missing parts or consumer replaceable parts including batteries.
- Fees owed to third party providers
- Any hardware, devices, peripherals, software, cabling, power cords, surge protectors, etc. necessary for the performance of the Service.
