The Seniors HomeCare and Energy Manager will monitor personal safety, home environment and HVAC system. Avante’s smartboxx technology will instantly notify a family member, designated contact or appropriate social agency when there is a request for help, a change in the home’s temperature, or a potential flood situation.

 The smartboxx is a wireless cellular device format that communicates to designated contacts or appropriate social agency without the need of an internet connection. The smartboxx is communication enabled and requires only a regular power source for true plug and play installation.

 The smartboxx collects information and communicates via a cellular network to designated contacts, at any location. The innovative and unique energy away button places the home into energy conservation mode based on a pre-defined energy consumption schedule. When activated the energy away button will also notify designated contacts that the resident has left home. Upon their return the resident presses the button and the HAVC system is reset to preset comfort levels designated contacts are also notified of the return.

 The Seniors HomeCare and Energy Manager also includes:

  •   Seniors Help Button: Push button for help when a senior is in physical danger or has a medical or other emergency. An SMS text message is sent to the designated contacts for help.

  •  Leak Detection: Upon detection of water, a wireless signal is sent to the smartboxx controller. The smartboxx sends an alert to a monitoring station and designated list of contacts

  • Wireless temperature monitor: The Monitor sends wireless signals to the smartboxx which communicate temperature changes, including those which are above or below proper conditions, to the designated contacts, social agency and your home service provider of choice

  • AC Power Failure Alert: An alert instantly should a power failure occur at the smartboxx location.
